Here is the Oneida peninsula viewed from the
opposite end. The track will continue into the alcove beyond,
then curve around to the benchwork along the wall at the
right. The bridge across the doorway will start at the far end
of the peninsula, extending across the door and joining the section
of the benchwork above the computer desk seen in other photos
above. This completes the 5th of five major benchwork
sections. The small joining sections mentioned above, and
several angled pieces must be added to various places around the
room. I'll also be adding various reinforcements to areas as
needed to increase the strength of the structure. The risers,
roadbed and trackwork should be starting sometime in September. |
