And backing up to the end of the peninsula, we see the framing that will eventually support the westbound mainline out of the Willis yard.  The engine service facilities and shops will be located in the center of that area awaiting it's sub-roadbed tabletop.  The mainline will loop around and start descending a grade.  It will be several inches lower than the yard area as it passes to the far left.  There will be a scenic divider consisting of trees, shrubbery and some buildings separating the two sides of the peninsula.
